Very pleasant premium hotel stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice food and a great breakfast selection especially the honeycomb. -

We think the hotel advertises with the modern, good looking zones, but in real life we were NOT in those pretty areas but only in the old. The rooms in the vis a vis are a totally different experience than in the main building. I would never have expected the difference to be so big. Also for dinner we were placed in an old fashioned area. On our request, we could change to the modern part which we appreciated a lot. Our room also gave SO much noise from the street also during the night. The curtains were not enough to block the lights from the machines to clean the streets from the snow, so sometimes we woke up around 4 because of them. -
Staff was very friendly and helpful after my husbands ski accident and trying to make us comfortable at the hotel. Staff in the restaurant were amazing and very accomodating and helpful! -
Despite my father passing away on the first day of our stay, we had a wonderful week. Thanks to the delicious food, beautiful surroundings, glorious weather and slopes, friendly staff and wellness facilities, we were able to recharge our batteries and prepare for the funeral in peace and quiet. -

Great. Loved our stay. Food and service was excellent. Amenities wonderful ; we could not be bored at Hotel - Bergof. Accessibility to gondola and rentals is unmatched. Ski room is so handy. Perfect place to stay and relax and enjoy winter -
