Room prices
- The indicated room prices are in euros and per person and day (except packages and TOP Family Suite) including the Berghof Culinary and the inclusive services - unless otherwise stated.
- The daily prices vary depending on the number of nights booked. The longer the stay, the cheaper your daily rate will be.
- Package prices are in euros and per person (unless otherwise stated).

Check-in & Check-out
- Your room will be available from 03:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The reception is open until 10:00 p.m. Should you arrive later than 10:00 p.m., please inform us as soon as possible. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.

Arrive early and experience pure vacation bliss. Enjoy the rich breakfast buffet at the Genussplatz. A bathing bag with bathrobe, wellness towel and slippers will be waiting for you on your arrival so that you can enjoy our Berghof Wellness & Spa.
Pets
You are welcome to bring your pet with you on vacation (by prior request only) for a fee of € 20.00 per day (without food). If you bring a dog with you, the hotel reserves the right to charge for any final cleaning that may be required. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket. Please understand that your pet is not allowed in the dining rooms, the wellness area and the garden.
Reservation, deposit & payment information
Reservations are only valid in writing in the form of a booking confirmation by e-mail or post. To secure your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 15% of the total price - details can be found in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation & Withdrawal
Room cancellations are only valid in writing

Cancellation deadlines & fees
- Up to 21 days before the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be canceled by unilateral declaration by the contracting party without payment of a cancellation fee.
- Outside this specified period, withdrawal by unilateral declaration by the contracting party is only possible subject to payment of the following cancellation fees:
- 20 - 6 days before the date of arrival > 50 % of the total travel amount
- within 5 days before the date of arrival > the entire travel amount will be charged (100 %)
- in the event of no-show/early departure > the entire travel amount will be charged (100%)
Please note: The cancellation guidelines replace the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union.
