One of the most beautiful cycle paths in Austria runs right through St. Johann - the 300 km long Tauern Cycle Path. This cross-border cycle path is ideal for families and leisure cyclists and leads from Krimml to Passau.

Electric bikes are available for hire (for a fee) at the gondola station in Alpendorf (directly opposite the hotel).
