• Opening times
  
  The beauty area is open daily from 9 am to 8 pm., on Sundays from 9 am to 18.30 pm.
   
• Cancellations
  
  In the event that you have to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you inform us adequately prior to the date, otherwise a cancellation charge will apply. Thank you for your understanding!
   
• Appointments for Treatments
  
  In order to guarantee you the optimal and personalised time for your appointment, we kindly request that you make the arrangement directly at the beauty reception, or by calling us at +43 (0) 6412/6181-500.
   
• Attire
  
  A basket with hand towels, bathrobes, and shoes is provided in your room for use in the wellness facilities. We request that you arrive for your treatment in comfortable clothing or a bathrobe.
   
• Treatments
  
  In order to make your treatment a fully relaxing experience, we request that you arrive five
  minutes before the start of your scheduled appointment. Likewise, we request that you
  refrain from using your mobile phone in the Berghof Spa.
