  • Check-in and Check-out
    Your room should be ready for you by 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Guests arriving before this time will be made most welcome and can use the hotel's facilities until their bedroom becomes available. Departing guests should vacate their bedrooms by 11 noon. They can however continue to use the wellness-facilities until they wish to depart.
  • Room Prices
    Prices quoted are per person per day (packages excepted), including Berghof's gourmet half-board, use of our wellness-area and many Berghof inclusive services - inclusive local tax, all services and taxes.
  • Exact request for room numbers
    It is only possible to meet requests for specific room categories, but not exact requests for room numbers or floors.
  • Bed & Breakfast
    For bed and breakfast only, a refund of € 9,- per person is offered in the relevant room category.
  • Double room for single use
    Single occupation of a double room or apartment supplement € 24,- per day.
  • Adult Discount
    Our De-luxe rooms and apartments provide enough place for a third or fourth person. These persons will receive a discount of 20 % of the prices in the list.
  • Discounts for children
    Staying in parents’ room (2 adults):
    In summer: children up to age 7 -100 %, children 7 to 10 years -70 % and children 11 to 15 years -50 % of the half-board rate. Children in separate room get 20 % reduction of the half-board rate.
    In winter: children up to 3 years -100 %, children age-group 06 to 09 -70 %, children age-group 01 to 05 -50 % and children age-group 96 to 00 -30 % of the half-board rate. Children in separate room get 20% reduction of the half-board rate.
  • Fidelity Discount in summer
    For our regular guests, who already passed 3 times their holidays in our hotel, we offer in summertime a fidelity discount of 5 % for at least three overnight stays.
  • Payment
    Please pay your bill by cash (€), EC card, Visa or MasterCard.
  • Dogs on request
    Dogs are allowed with express permission! (€ 10,- per day, without food). When guests arrive with dogs, the hotel reserves the right to include a possible cleanup in the bill. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket. Please note that your four-legged-friend will not be permitted in the dining room, the wellness area, or the garden facilities.
  • Spa- and Wellness area
    Rest areas! No entry for children under 15 years.
  • Spa & Beauty
    We recommend that you make appointments for Berghof's Beauty World at the same time as your room reservation. Take advantage of a personal consultation; according to your needs and desires, we will arrange a personalized spa holiday for you.
  • Reservation and Deposit
    Reservation can only be guaranteed after deposit payment of € 100,- per person. We request credit card guarantee (Visa or MasterCard).

  • Cancellations
    Only written cancellations are accepted. Cancellation terms according to the Austrian terms of hotel contracts.

    The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.
    We’ll charge a handling fee of € 50,- per room.

    Outside this period, the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:
    - 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
    - 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
    - 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
  • Holiday-Insurance
    We recommend our 'Holiday Austria Insurance' in case of cancelling holidays due to personal circumstances (accident, illness) or returning home earlier. The insurance covers the insurer and the members of the family staying at the hotel.
  • The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) are applicable.
